Who we are

Haysopht Interactive, an independent game studio. This policy covers the website at haysopht.com. Questions about this policy go to developer@haysopht.com.

What we collect

This website has no accounts, forms, analytics, advertising, or tracking, and it sets no cookies of its own. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message.

How it is used

Email is used only to reply to you and to fix the problems you report. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list. We keep a conversation for as long as it's useful for support, then delete it.

Third parties

Cloudflare hosts this site and handles every request to it. To deliver pages and protect against abuse, it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type, and it may set a strictly necessary security cookie. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Our inbox is Gmail, so email you send us is stored by Google. See the Google privacy policy. Fonts and all other files are served from this site, not from a third party.

Children

This website is not directed at children and collects nothing from visitors. If a child has emailed us and a parent or guardian wants that message deleted, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing developer@haysopht.com. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Our first game is still in development. Before it releases, this page will be updated to describe what the game collects, if anything, and which platforms receive it.
